1. 48 hour cancellation policy is in effect, you must call and cancel your ride a minimum of 48 hours prior to your meeting time to receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations less than 48 hours from ride meeting time, day of flight cancellations and no show the day of the flight are subject to full flight fee and/or void of gift tickets.
3. We fly weather permitting, any weather call to fly or not is at the sole discretion of the operator or their designated pilot.
4. Passengers must check in for their flights the day before the ride between 5-6pm. Check in is the sole responsibility of the passengers, not Arizona Balloon Works, INC.
5. Reserving passage is a financial commitment. All passengers agree to this commitment and the terms and conditions hereof by submitting their credit card information to hold flight bookings.
6. Maximum weight restriction of 250lbs per passenger at posted prices. We reserve the right to weigh any or all passengers prior to boarding the balloon to insure we do not exceed FAA maximum weight for the flight. Passengers over 250lbs will incur a fuel surcharge based on weight.
7. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
